- After it's done with making the dough, let it rest for 60 minutes or double its size
- Meanwhile making a coffee topping, start by mixing "granulated sugar" and "beaten egg" together until smooth then add "soften unsalted butter" and mix well
- Sift in "all-purpose flour" and continue mixing
- Add "hot water" to "instant coffee" until all melted and then add on to the coffee filling part and after done mixing it, let it sit in the fridge waiting for the bread dough part
- When the dough rises double its size, punch it a few times to release the air then make them into 8 round pieces
- Add "a cube of unsalted butter" into each dough (8 cubes for 8 doughs)

- Take out the "coffee filling" from the fridge and pipe it on top of the dough

- Bake at 170C for 20 minutes (For me though I added more coffee filling on top and did bake it the second time for 5 minutes so it turned out this way- two shades of coffee brown)
